Customer said third floor shower drain was draining slowly. Used 1/4 rooter cable machine to clear the drain. It is now flowing good. Removed a small amount of hair. If there was more hair it must have pushed through the drain. Used closet auger to clear a blockage in the second floor toilet and installed a new flapper at no charge.

Meet Angie on site. Customer had a backed up bath tub drain. Tried to run the cable through tub over flow and after several attempts we could not get the cable through the drain. Found an access panel behind the tub in a closet. Once the panel was open we could see the drum trap for the tub. Removed the lid from the drum trap and tried to run the 1/4 cable through the drain. The cable actually ended up breaking. We were able to pull out the broken part of the cable. Used a second machine to finally get the drain opened. Drain is now open and draining but you may want to consider replacing the drum trap at some point.
