Completion of roughin for work listed below plus the cost of the electric water heater. AO Smith EJC10 10 gallon electric serial #1010J007003 Rework existing PVC drain lines for the two current shampoo bowls to accommodate three shampoo bowls. We will also install a new 12 gallon electric water heater either supplied by VIP Plumbing at additional cost or supplied by others. When the job is ready for finish we will install the three new shampoo bowls and the new kitchen sink in the laundry room. This sink and faucet will be supplied by VIP Plumbing at additional cost or by others. The drain lines we run will be in PVC and the water lines will be in copper. There is no tempering valve currently on the hot water line to the shampoo bowls. The inspector may require one or accept setting of the water heater at a lower temperature to meet requirements. If the tempering valve becomes necessary it will be an additional charge. All shampoo bowls, faucets, vacuum breakers and hair traps if needed will be supplied by others. Since there's not one that I could see currently the old salon must not have needed one. We will send in the permit application to Parma Heights but you should reimburse the electrical contractor since he is pulling the general contractors permit.

Remove existing cast iron bath tub, tile walls around the tub and a small section of the floor tile so the new tub can sit on the floor. A new Sterling 4 piece tub shower will be installed in the same opening. The dry wall will be repaired around the unit and final painting to be done by others. We will install a new Moen posi-temp tub/shower valve with a Kingsley trim in brushed nickel and a new tub drain and p-trap. Once the dry wall is patched we will install a Basco frame less brushed nickel shower door with clear glass. Along with this install we will replace the drain assembly under the kitchen sink. We will try and access the shower drain and water lines so they can be capped off permanently. The above price includes a white tub/shower. Biscuit would be an additional $55.00 A framed shower door is actually more money and if you went frame less with obscure glass it would be $60.00 less. The door needs to be ordered and can take three weeks. They consider this a custom door which is why it takes so long. Standard doors are a week or less. I did not include a permit from the city with this price. I did not think you wanted to pull one.
