| Sump Pump and Battery Back-up Pump Service Customers basement footer drains are backing up into the basement. storm lines and footer lines discharge out into the creek near the street. try to use a flush bag from the inside two floor drain locations with no luck. brought down the large sewer machine and tried to clear the drain from both drain locations. we were not able to get the machine to go out towards the front of the house and to the creek. took the large sewer machine out to the piping where it goes into the creek. ran the machine up towards the house. as the cable got close to the house the line finally opened. we brought back some roots on the end of the cable. water continued to flow out of the drain line. we will return to run the camera in the drain line to see the problem. we also may look at any option of adding a sump pump as a backup system. | Rauland Dr., BEDFORD, OH |

| Navien NR-240A Condensing Tankless Water Heater W/ Circ 2-3-11 trouble shoot navien nr240-a tankless water heater installed by others. spoke with tech support and they recommend replacing the circuit board. recirculating valve was not turned on when the unit was installed but the pump was running. circuit board will be delivered tomorrow and the customer will call when it gets there. 2-4-11 returned to install the circuit board. circuit board part was covered under warranty. once installed the unit still did not work properly. we shut off the 1/2 ball valve that supplied the circulating pump and then the unit worked properly. the circulating pump must have burnt up when it was running dry for all those months. a new pump is being sent to us for replacement. the pump was allowing cold water to back feed into the hot supply line tempering the water down. all problems stem from improper installation. model #nr240a serial #9545-20100205-2097 | Ellison, SOUTH EUCLID, OH |

| Drain Cleaning Drinking fountain on the 3rd floor was over flowing when the drinking fountains on the floor above were used. we cut in a 11/2 clean out tee and attempted to snaked the drain with a 1/4 cable. we ran 30 feet of cable down the drain which should be below the 2nd floor fountain and you would think the drain would be opened or the 2nd floor fountain would be backed up. after researching the drain line for these drinking fountains we found the following: 1. that the second floor drinking fountain had it's drain redirected to a 4 drain line. this is why we could not figure out why this drinking fountain was not backing up. 2. the first floor and basement fountains had been removed and capped. 3. the vertical drain line catches the fountains between the 3rd and 7th floor. 4. this vertical line was full of water. after carefully draining out the water so the carpet would not be damaged we cut in a 11/2 pvc clean out tee. while cutting into the line we found an 30 feet of old cable someone had broken off and left in the drain pipe. once removed we snaked out the line 3 times with a 5/16 cable. drinking fountains are now all draining properly. | East 45th Street Suite #200, CLEVELAND, OH |
