Customer Called In For His RUR199iN Rinnai Tankless Hot Water Heater That Was Throwing Off A Code 12. After Cleaning The Unit The Technician Replaced The Flame Rod Assembly Unit For The Tankless Water Heater. While On Site We Also Installed A Customer Supplied Shower Valve.

Possible diverter spout on the tub/shower needs replaced. Found that the water was leaking through the large plastic threads that old the cover plate onto the Price Fister faucet. Recommended replacing the valve with a new Moen single lever. Also recommend installing new shut off valves for this area. Charged only a diagnostic fee for this trip and will credit that towards a new valve when installed.
