Bedded in pea gravel and patched concrete floor with flush access cap.

Upon arrival a sump pump was found to not be working. Property has a series of sump pumps that keep basement from flooding. To prevent street storm water from coming into the home they installed a sanitary backwater valve. The flapper in the valve was rusted and sticking which stopped sanitary wast from leaving the home. Installed new 1/3HP sump pump. Cleaned flapper for backwater valve and lubricated the hinge.
